Through the process of independent verification of the source code deposit lodged in accordance with a Software Escrow Agreement, Trusted Information Services Software Verification is a value-added device that enables the Software Licensees to expand their risk management strategies even further.

We offer three levels of source code inspection:

• Level I - Basic
• Level II - Validation
• Level III - Verification

We conducts a virus check and visual inspection of every Escrow deposit and update to confirm that the deposited materials are complete for each lodging (Level I). This verification is a standard operation of our basic Escrow services which helps to provide you with a more systematic and rigorous risk management scheme.

The more advanced levels of verification gives the software licensee greater assurance that the source code materials will useful, correct, and will be accompanied by all the necessary information in a release situation
